    Once again, it's time for Hidden Gems of Fan Art! It's the weekly feature that highlights spectacular fanart with fewer than 100 faves! This week we turn to the Gundam franchise, one of the longest-running and most popular anime series of all time.

    Spanning an almost frightening array of anime, manga, games, novels, and, of course, models, Gundam has been going strong in Japan for nearly 30 years. The mobile suits and their pilots have been honored with statues, stamps, and everything in between . . . along with, as you may see, fanart!


    i'm rather happy about this since i've never had any sort of feature on deviantart before... that and i just got back from about a week of leave and hearing about this in my message inbox was a nice surprise.

    other news: my wife and i are expecting our second baby! he/she (we wont' know for a little while) is due in november. :)

    ironman is AWESOME! go see it if you haven't. go see it NOW! (an ironman drawing is coming up soon. :D

    working on some gundam models (now that i have a little bit of time). a RX-0 gundam unicorn and MG aile strike gundam. wheeee!

    got a new scanner! huzzah! no more borrowing from friends!

    doodling tf animated characters too (even though i haven't actually been able to watch the show for the past 3 weeks.) woot for ultra magnus and jazz! X3

    more later. been on the road for 8 hours. i'm sleepy.
