City Speaker

I've been picking and sketching little bits at a time at this drawing for months... I think I did the initial sketch over a year ago actually. I just never found the motivation to really power through the whole drawing at once. the background is a little less inspired but i'm happy with how Windblade came out.  

anyway... if anyone wants to color this, let me know. If you need a larger res file, i have that too.
